Rebuilding Service

Burr Abrador can rebuild your existing deburring equipment or provide you with a newly purchased used machine rebuilt to integrate seamlessly into your production application. Rebuilt equipment is disassembled to provide access to all major components and assemblies and cleaned. After a thorough cleaning all components are inspected for excessive wear, and reconditioned or replaced as necessary. Once components are cleaned and repaired major subassemblies are reassembled, tested, and realigned. The process is then completed with an in house test run on your production parts
